Irrigator Tech™ “Raising Professionalism in the Green Industry” Gator Points™ Reward Program

The Irrigator Tech Gator Points Reward Program is designed to benefit everyone involved in the daily transactions of the Green Industry. It is a rewards based point program where members will receive points based on purchases during a specific time period (purchases should be itemized and computed at the end of each period, determining the amount of points the contractor will be given). Irrigator Tech has designed this program to bridge the gap between Contractors, Distributors, and Manufacturers. The program will strengthen sales, growth, and profitable relationships within the industry. Contractors: As contractors join this program, they will begin to experience benefits almost immediately. Following purchase verification by the manufacturer, members will be awarded points. As points are awarded, members may use their discretion to save or use them immediately. This will create an additional revenue stream for their business. Points can be used for almost anything; gift cards, vacations, industry events and other business supplies, paying your distributor bill, or even providing benefits for employees. Remember points can be accrued over time or used immediately. Points do not expire. In the event of membership expiration, points are frozen until membership renewal is completed. Contractors may only gain or use their points during periods of active Irrigator Tech membership. Distributors: As each distributor supplies the purchase information for the contractor, they will generate stronger relationships through providing a complete rewards package. As the contractors see these rewards, they will continue to use the supporting distributor for their product source. In turn, contractors may now use their points to pay off distributor accounts and even to purchase additional products. Manufacturers: The manufacturers will receive an itemized list of what each contractor is purchasing. This will provide a way for them to cater directly to the contractor's needs and focus on product placement, marketing, and distribution. It will be a way of thanking the contractor, through the distributor, for loyalty. As purchasing trends are followed, manufacturers will be led to better contractor/distributor relationships. As a safeguard, the Gator Point Program may not be combined with any other offers or rebate programs. Example 1: Earning Gator Points ABC Landscape goes into 123 Irrigation Supply and purchases one pallet of supplies from Manufacturer X. ABC Landscape asks 123 Irrigation Supply to send an itemized invoice to Irrigator Tech. Irrigator Tech organizes the invoice and sends purchasing information to Manufacturer X. Manufacturer X will then purchase the agreed percentages (varying from 1%-10%) of Irrigator Tech Gator Points. Irrigator Tech will then award ABC Landscape the purchased points. ABC Landscape may then redeem the points at their discretion. Example 2: Redeeming Gator Points ABC Landscape decides to redeem Gator Points at 123 Irrigation Supply. ABC Landscape wants to buy a 521 Wire and Valve Locator. 123 Irrigation Supply calls Irrigator Tech for Gator Point verification. Irrigator Tech verifies points and approves redemption. 123 Irrigation Supply gives the 521 Wire and Valve Locator to ABC Landscape. 123 Irrigation Supply bills Irrigator Tech for the purchase price. Irrigator Tech pays 123 Irrigation Supply for the redemption.
